Edney Construction Company was founded in 1986 by owner John Edney.   We started out doing small remodeling jobs and today we are building custom homes as large as 10,000 square feet.

Each home we build is highly customized to match the desires of the homeowners and architects who come to us to build that special home.  Almost all of our business comes through word-of-mouth and the referrals of previous customers and architects that we work with.  We think that alone is the best indicator that we are living up to and exceeding the high expectations our customers expect.

Edney Construction Company is licensed in both North and South Carolina.  We are members of the Rutherford County Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.  John is also still an active drummer in the local band "Little Mountain" which still does benefit concerts from time to time.  How's that for versatility?
